Book a pitch or the cottage

Please Note:

Dolau Afon does not accept bookings from single sex groups of more than 4 people.

We do not take bookings for Stag\Hen dos.

No large family/multiple groups.  Please see T&Cs.

We are not opening during the winter months  - CLOSED Mid October October - 1st April.

​

When selecting your pitch please add the total number of guests to include children. 

12yrs and over are charged for, under 12 FREE. Maximum of 6 Guests per pitch, anymore will need to BOOK another pitch.

Supersized/giant tents RESTRICTED, please enquire before booking,  due to size of pitches and site size. 

DOGS: maximum of 2 dogs per pitch.

**Campsite Check in : Please check in between 2 and 9pm - our checkout time is 10am

**Cottage Check in: Between 4pm and 9pm

​If you have a large / heavy motorhome i.e. 6m/over 3 ton plus, it would be advisable to book a hard standing. If the weather is wet for your stay, it is possible the ground will not be suitable for your vehicle. (We reserve the right to change your allocated pitch if the ground conditions deem this necessary, if a hard standing is available).

When you have booked a pitch, please also fill out the Booking Information form and submit it. 

There is a £20 refundable deposit for using the hammock in the patio pitch, please pay this on arrival
