Book a pitch or the cottage

Dolau Afon does not accept bookings from single sex groups of more than 4 people.

We do not take bookings for Stag\Hen dos.

No large family/multiple groups.  Please see T&Cs.

Images of our pitches are just an indication of what the pitches are like.

                                           CLOSED   October -mid April (subject to weather conditions)

                              12yrs and over are charged for, under 12 FREE. Maximum of 4 Guests per pitch, 

SUPERSIZE/GIANT TENTS

RESTRICTED, please enquire before booking,  due to size of pitches and site size. 

DOGS: maximum of 2 dogs per pitch. NO XL Bully types.

**Campsite Check in **

 Check In between 3pm and 8pm 

Check Out time is 10am

**Cottage Check in: Between 4pm and 8pm**

We do not allow our guests to have visitors to the cottage, unless by prior arrangement.

​If you have a large / heavy motorhome i.e. 6m/over 3 ton plus, it would be advisable to book a hard standing. If the weather is wet for your stay, it is possible the ground will not be suitable for your vehicle. (We reserve the right to change your allocated pitch if the ground conditions deem this necessary, if a hard standing is available).

When you have booked a pitch, please also fill out the Booking Information Form to complete your booking and SUBMIT it when completed. 

 

   There is a £20 refundable deposit for using the hammock in the patio pitch, please pay this on arrival
