Book a pitch / the studio or the Glamping Trailer

Please Note:

Dolau Afon does not accept bookings from single sex groups of more than 3 people.

We do not allow bookings for Stag\Hen dos.

Our Grass pitches are seasonal and not available during the winter periods. (usually closed 1st October - 1st March) our hardstanding pitches are available all year.

When selecting your pitch please add a Total number of guests to include All children - 10 and over are charged for. Maximum of 6 Guests per pitch, anymore will need to select another pitch.

                                 Our CHECK IN time is from 2 pm.  Our CHECK OUT time is by 10 am.

If you have a LARGE/heavy motorhome i.e. 6m plus, it would be advisable to book a hard standing. If the weather is wet for your stay, it is possible the ground will not be suitable for your vehicle. We reserve the right to change your chosen pitch if the ground conditions deem this necessary.

When you have booked a pitch, you also need to fill out the 'Booking information form' and submit it.
