To allow for a thorough air and clean, 

check out by 8.30 latest, arrival NOT before  6pm

 

If you develop symptoms of the Corona Virus whilst staying at Dolau Afon.

 

People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:

• Fever or chills 

• Cough 

• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing 

• Fatigue 

• Muscle or body aches 

• Headache 

• New loss of taste or smell 

• Sore throat 

• Congestion or runny nose 

• Nausea or vomiting 

• Diarrhoea 

If you show any of these symptoms, you must:

1. Inform us IMMEDIATELY.

2. Self Isolate

3. Request a test

4. If positive you are to check out and return home IMMEDIATELY, and self isolate for 14 days.

If you are not well enough to drive yourself home, this must be discussed with a Medical Professional (DIAL 111) for advice. Or contact our local authority Ceredigion Council (01545 574000).

If guests are unable to return home, guests will be expected to pay all costs incurred by the owner and costs to guests booked in after you who have been inconvenienced, and therefore refunded because they cannot now stay at this property.  This accommodation will need to be empty for 72 hours and deep cleaned, and guest will be charged accordingly.  Deep clean charge £45 plus other charges incurred to be paid by you. 

You stay at this accommodation at your own risk, the owners are not responsible if you contract CV19 whilst staying here. ‘Be Aware’.
